By accessing or using Eden Stack ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Description of Service

Eden Stack provides access to a private GitHub repository containing the Eden Stack codebase, a production-ready full-stack monorepo template.

• Code Access — Access to the private GitHub repository
• Lifetime Updates — Access to all future updates to the repository
• Support — Email support for technical issues (Premium tier includes consultation)

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To purchase and access the Service, you must sign in using your GitHub account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your GitHub account secure.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your GitHub account. We are not responsible for any unauthorized access to your account or the repository.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to revoke your access to the repository if you violate these Terms, specifically the license restrictions regarding redistribution.

3.4 Account Deletion

If you choose to delete your account, your GitHub repository access will be revoked immediately. This action is irreversible and does not entitle you to a refund, as access to the source code was already granted at the time of purchase.

4. Payment and Refunds

The Service is offered for a one-time payment:

• Pro Tier — Lifetime access to the repository
• Premium Tier — Lifetime access plus a 1-hour technical consultation
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• No Refunds — Due to the nature of digital products (access to source code), we do not offer refunds once access to the GitHub repository has been granted.

5. License and Restrictions

5.1 Personal/Commercial License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Eden Stack code for your own personal or commercial projects.

5.2 Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Eden Stack source code in its original or modified form
• Share access to the private GitHub repository with unauthorized third parties
• Use the code to create a competing boilerplate or template product

6. Intellectual Property

The Eden Stack codebase, documentation, and all related materials are the intellectual property of Eden Stack. Your purchase grants you a license to use the code, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on several third-party providers:

• GitHub — For authentication and repository hosting
• Stripe — For payment processing
• PostHog — For anonymous usage analytics
• Sentry — For error tracking

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE CODE IS ERROR-FREE OR THAT IT WILL MEET ALL YOUR SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.

You are responsible for the implementation, security, and maintenance of any applications you build using the Eden Stack.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EDEN STACK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE CODE OR THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
